Since a long time I develop small games mostly for iOS or Android. But for a long time I have had the desire to implement an idea that goes far beyond the scope of previous projects. Since my childhood I have been enthusiastic about Sci-Fi and especially about everything around space and the universe. Games like Mercenary, Elite, Privateer, Freelancer, The X Series and Eve Online have always inspired me. On the other hand, I’m also a big fan of business simulation and advanced games like Transport Tycoon, A4 Networks and Transport Fever. I always wanted to play a game that combined the best concepts for me in one game. That’s how the idea of my own game for the PC came about. After a lot of proof of concepts, the development finally started at the beginning of 2018, Project THEO was born. Since then a good year has passed and there have already been many progresses but also setbacks. Meanwhile the project has progressed so far that there will be a first “Family & Friends” version soon. Based on the feedback the plan for this year is to offer a first public alpha. I am a big friend of involving the (still very small) community as early as possible. This is also the reason why I created this website. In the coming months I would like to provide more information and impressions here and let you participate in the development process.
